Attorney Recruiting Assistant for prominent global law firm in Washington, DC. **This is a hybrid as needed role with mostly remote work. This role is a part of the recruiting team and provides administrative support and assists with the implementation of the Summer Associate Program, including, tracking pre-arrival information, drafting arrival notices, scheduling orientation sessions and exit interviews, and assisting in the planning of social events/training programs. Candidate supports and assists with on-campus interview process at law schools, including, registering for on-campus interview programs, resume collect programs and job fairs, maintaining on-campus interview and candidate files, and scheduling candidates for interviews. This role also assists with organization of lateral associate and judicial clerk candidate applications. and maintains the legal recruiting database, viRecruit, and all candidate files.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience working in a fast paced environment internships count! Excellent organizational skills/attention to detail. Must be available to work OT during busy recruiting season - May through September. Proficiency with MSWord and Excel. Salary commensurate with experience starting at $50k.
