Job Description:
Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact? Join our team at Acuity Behavior Solutions and help children with autism thrive! We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist / Behavior Interventionist / RBT.
Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with clients at their homes, engaging in play-based therapy and structured teaching sessions.
Implement ABA techniques to enhance skills and minimize inappropriate behaviors.
Collaborate with supervisors to develop effective strategies for improving child’s skills and behaviors.
Maintain a flexible schedule, working at least 3 weekday afternoons.
Ensure a fun and creative learning environment, teaching through play.
Adhere to safety protocols and ask necessary questions related to COVID-19 before each session.
Requirements:
Availability to work flexible hours, accommodating holiday seasons and college finals.
Reliable transportation for scheduled client visits.
Physical ability to bend, stand, write notes, run, lift, and work with children.
Ability to pass a background check.
Fluent English proficiency; Spanish language skills are a plus.
