Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and reliable NON BEE/NON AA candidate (As per company’s current B-BBEE requirements)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Degree a must
-SAIPA/SAICA Articles completed (CA(SA) preferred / recommended)
-Strong post articles Financial Accountant experience a must
-Fully independently functional
-Experience in logistics/courier business or similar industry a must
-Advanced computer literacy in MS Office (Including advanced MS Excel skills)
-Able to manage own work to ensure deadline achievement
-Good planning and organising skills.
-Ability to communicate at all levels.
-Attention to detail, meticulous.
-Clear criminal record
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-No lawful termination at any previous employer for misconduct / non performance
-Residing within daily commuting distance
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full group accounting function for courier company
-Compiling of monthly Shareholders packs
-Working with Business Units on monthly reporting packs
-Group cash flow reporting and management
-Group Consolidations (approximately 8 entities)
-Due Diligence process if required
-Compiling of investment papers for potential acquisitions
-Supply support function to start up companies or new acquisitions
-Management of Group P&L
-Evaluating business processes on Business units to improve efficiencies and profitability
-Working with BU’s on distribution daily/weekly dashboards
-External and audit management and assistance
-Budget planning and assistance with BU and Group budget process
Salary: R 77 000.00 gross maximum (Cost to Company)
