KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Manage Sales Activities:
• Contact potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Coordinate and support new marketing initiatives with the marketing team
• Collaborate with marketing team
• Research organizations, customers and individuals to find new opportunities
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new customers
• Find and develop new markets and improve sales
• Develop quotes and proposals for customers
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Set activity key performance indicators to meet sales targets
• Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
• Develop sales presentations and proposals
• Conduct product tastings
• Attend trade meetings
• Keep abreast with new products and competitors
• Possess extensive knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
• Collaborate with the Operations, Finance and Sales to communicate orders and ensure all orders are picked, packed and delivered to customer specifications
• Build Positive, Loyal Customer Relationships

• Manage Financial Performance:
Desired Skills
• 5+ years in business development/sales management
• Experience in the retail and hospitality industry is preferred
• Develop quotes and proposals for customers
• Develop sales presentations and proposals
