About the Position
Paralegal assistant required to support an attorney with general Secretarial Duties, File Management, Data Capturing and Management, Telephony and Reception Duties and preparation of court applications. The candidate is expected to have experience with civil procedure in the Magistrates Court, preferably in respect of debt review matters, and debt related matters. Very strong Word processing skills and excellent Excel skills are to be demonstrated.
Requirements:
• Own transport and drivers licence are essential
• Confident and clear telephone manner is essential
• Attention to details is essential
• Paralegal qualication is non-negotiable
• Experience as a legal secretary is a strong advantage
• Proofreading experience is a strong advantage
