Monitor and manage the performance of the service and logistic departments
Manage the profit expectation of these departments
Managing and monitor the petrol usage of the service and logistics departments
Ongoing performance management of the service and logistics departments
You will be responsible for all training requirements of your department to ensure we have the best team possible
Provide technical assistance where needed
You are expected to monitor and control leave for the service and logistics departments
Maintain a positive and professional attitude within the service and logistics departments
Essential
Must have experience in managing a service division and team
Experience in office automation - Hardware & Software
A+ / N+ Certification
Experience on SAP
KMIT up to and including Master Production Printing (bar Diploma Colour)
Must have a proven track record and skills in the following areas:
Exceptional client relations Internal and external
Skills development
Good Management Skills
Goal Oriented and able to meet deadlines
