Job Description
Practice Management Coordinator - for Top tier global law firm in Washington, DC. This hybrid position can also be located in NYC. This role is responsible for providing support to the Practice Management Team.
Responsibilities: Assist in business planning/analysis, report preparations, meetings and communications. Centralizing internal communications; developing internal team meeting agendas and executing events. Managing shared document workspace, including reporting, budgets, and expenses, ad hoc projects, etc. Assisting with coordination of practice group meetings and presentations. Identifying/coordinating training opportunities for the Team on internal and external tools, processes, and technology. Assisting with modification and roll-out of tools, including online reporting and matter management applications. Partnering with peer departments and coordinating on behalf of the team. Managing special projects, both internally and with peer departments, as requested. Reviewing and analyzing data, including issue-spotting and confirming report accuracy.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Must have at least two years of experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Demonstrates strategic focus and self-motivation. Ability to work independently as well as on a team and has the ability to collaborate effectively across administrative departments and practice areas in all offices. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Salary is commensurate with experience; $55,000 to $70,000.
