Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy District Attorney located in Cortez, CO. The Deputy District Attorney will be responsible for prosecuting a variety of criminal cases assigned by the District Attorney. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting complex criminal cases, drafting legal documents, appearing in court, negotiating plea agreements, working with law enforcement agencies and victims, and providing legal advice to law enforcement agencies. The Deputy District Attorney will work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff in the office. Hiring for all levels of experience.
