Job Description
The role works in close collaboration with Operations, training and Restaurant Excellence teams of
the company and Franchise and would require travelling to restaurants across the country.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of a learning and development strategy for Assistant
Restaurant General Manager (ARM) to Above Restaurant Leaders (ARLs) in line with the business
strategy to address the short-term and long-term needs of the organization.
• Make sure the LMS platform is Relevant, Easy and Distinctive. Continue to benchmark against
competition to ensure our training plans are competitive.
• Partner with Franchise teams to drive 100% store management compliance and ensure a healthy
percentage of cross trained team members.
• Partner with Franchise Training teams to ensure 100% accuracy in GEM and training matrix.
• Culture
o Defining and implementing processes and systems that will support the creation of a strong
heart led performance culture; support and advise Ops team in the implementation of the
right practices.
o Support and partner in driving the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda through various
initiatives
• Compile workforce analytics to develop people insights, sharing in HR/Training Council.
