Job Description
Handle manufacturing equipment and processes to be efficient, cost effective with good quality and reliability by accessing current manufacturing equipment and processes and makes recommendations for improvements.
Leading the plant team to improve the downtime (OEE, Reliability, Productivity), product quality and energy savings by analyzing process parameters and equipment design as well as execute small scale improvement project (OPEX) and CAPEX
Support failure, complaint, CAPA investigation and recommend its solution using RCA tools.
Undertake qualification, validation of new process and products, initiate via new / improved product quality and productivity.
Assist project team to evaluate and develop process flow, layout, and detail engineering drawing.
To carry any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Material or Chemical Engineering from established higher learning institution.
Minimum 5 -7 years experience working in production/manufacturing chemical process plant environment preferably in chemical industry.
Knowledge in continuous improvement & brainstorming tools such RCA.
Knowledge in Explosion proof protection.
Understanding chemistry and chemical reaction.
Trained in RCA and IMS
Knowledge in solid-solid and air-solid handling equipment.
Requirement Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English
