• Managing mechanical teams

• Maintaining MEP documentation
• Testing mechanical systems
• Attending project meetings
• Analyzing blueprints and specifications
• Designing system models according to clients' requirements and budget limitations
• Producing deliverables, which may include engineering support to DO, design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, CTR input, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions
• Supporting efforts in proposal development, project scoping as well as with client relationship development
• Providing technical leadership to less experienced engineers and technicians
