Job Description

Responsibilities:

Goods Receiving
Receive and verify the accuracy of the incoming goods from suppliers
Check the quality and quantity of the goods
Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
Stock Count
Conduct regular stock count to ensure accurate inventory level
Update inventory records and organize warehouse space
Identify and report any stock discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory related issues
Inventory Management
Goods Distribution and product request form activities
Monitor stock level to ensure adequate supply for production
Work closely with production planner to align stock level with production schedule
Coordinate the distribution of goods to production based on production schedule
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to support ongoing production
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received, stock level and goods
Requirement :
Candidate must at least possess SPM
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Warehouse Coordinator is required for
Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Good communication skills
Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
Be able to stand and move around for extended periods
Have the ability to work in a factory environment (hot and humid)
Basic: RM1800 RM2000
Working hour: 8am 6pm (Monday Friday)
