Terms of employment: Full-time, year-round work

Job Duties:
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Vacuum carpeting and area rugs
• Dust and wipe furniture
• Wipe and clean windows and blinds
• Change beddings and blankets, as necessary
• Clean bathrooms wash, scrub, and disinfect surfaces and fixtures, clean drains, declutter and organize supplies
• Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen
• Empty garbage
• General tidying of rooms
• Keeping track and restocking of household supplies
• Wiping and cleaning of interior windows
• Washing dishes, pots, and pans
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of garage
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance such as changing of light bulbs and door locks
• Request services for major repairs and maintenance
• Perform related duties as needed

Wages: $29/hr. for 30 hrs/week
Location of work: Three Properties (different addresses) in Surrey, BC

Qualifications:

• There are no specific education requirement
• Certification for housekeeping room attendants or similar certification is an asset
• Can follow instructions and work with minimum supervision.
• Has good time management skill.
• Must be physically and mentally fit.
• Knowledge about safe use of cleaning supplies and equipment
