Brooklyn, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must (Non negotiable key requirement)
-Dictaphone typing experience a must
-Computer literate, with very good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Own vehicle / transport
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation documents, notices and pleadings
-General legal secretarial duties (Typing, opening of client files, correspondence with clients, diary management etc.)
Salary: R 15 000.00 R 20 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
