Job Description

Job Duties: Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization to drive the successful upgrade of clients from legacy financial analytics solutions to Refinitiv Workspace.
Duties Include:
1. Ensure global consistency of deployment of Refinitiv products and services across desktops, transactions, servers and market data products to provide proper delivery of information to clients.
2. Partners with project sponsors/stakeholders (including customers) to agree project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status reports to update key stakeholders on project progress.
3. Drive execution of projects across stakeholder groups, in line with agreed targets / success metrics.
4. Anticipates issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk, etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks.
5. Prepares client readiness assessments and provides client insights to stakeholder teams.
6. Provides commercial and process guidance to stakeholder teams.
7. Identifies and manages project dependencies.
8. Manages projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
(May telecommute from commuting distance to Creve Coeur per company hybrid work policy.)
3 years of experience in a computer systems analysis-related occupation. Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:
1) 3 years of experience performing technical implementations in the financial market data services space, with a particular focus on desktop solutions.
2) 3 years of experience in customer change management.
3) 3 years of experience managing internal and external stakeholders, across various seniority levels, particularly in a customer change management context.
4) 3 years of customer-facing project execution experience.
5) 3 years of experience defining technical approaches and solutions to solve business and operational challenges.
6) 3 years of experience performing troubleshooting, packaging, and software deployment in support of financial market-monitoring desktop applications.
7) 3 years of experience leading technical projects, including infrastructure migration, platform migration, and deployment of new technical solutions.
8) 3 years of experience as a technical consultant for the deployment of new technologies.
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline
