Job Description

Responsibilities :

Review process order by running various report through SAP system and work with stakeholders to track down and rectify entry errors.
Ensure correct material requisition through each process and conduct post-processing analysis related to yield, recycle and material top-up
Ensure all process order are confirmed, corrected and balanced, close appropriate process order
Provided production report which consist of production volume, rejection volume and segregation of goods
Assists production superintendent to prepare purchase request and purchasing of non stock items
coordinate the monthly stock count with production team and provide stock variance analysis for all goods.
Works effectively with planner, production, quality and warehouse team and recommends changes in procedure when necessary to improve efficiency and reduce operation cost.
Requirements:

Diploma in any certificate related to SAP system
5-7 years experience handling SAP system
MUST have specifically on COR2, COR3, MIGO, ZMRF, MMBE, CO54, ZMSTOCK, FGIF
High proficiency in computer operation such as Excel (Pivot table, visual basic)
