Job Description

- Provide direction for the company by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals.
- Direct to develop and implement the company’s overall marketing, sales and manufacture strategies for the instant noodle products.
- Direct to develop marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
- Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet the company’s organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with marketing.
- Lead the chief- level officers (i.e., CFO, CSO, CPO, etc.) and senior level managers to implement plans and policies throughout the company.
- Analyze the company’s financial statements and other indicators of performance in order to assess standing and financial position.
- Engage in high-level negotiations for major deals to generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with large customer companies.
- Oversee and verify reporting of sales and marketing activities, including major sales orders received, sales by product, significant backlog reports for manufacture and the major customer lists.
- Nominate executive staffs and departmental managers, and advise about other high-level hiring decisions.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and trade shows.
- Define and oversee high-level staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate those employees to achieve their targets in the operation of the company.
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales and manufacturing functions.
- Perform the duties of the CEO in the event of the absence.
A Master’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance/accounting, sales, economics, or related, plus 2 years of experience in food production industry in chief-level officer positions such as CEO, CFO, CMO (marketing), CMO (management), COO, vice president, or related, OR in the alternative, a bachelor’s degree in any major plus 5 years of experience in food production industry in senior management positions related to management, operation, marketing, finance, sales, or related.
