Zwartkop, Centurion: JUNIOR LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female (Elderly ladies with relevant experience will also be considered)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of Litigation documents, notices and pleadings (Mainly Letters of demand, summonses and default judgements)
-General office administration duties (filing, data capturing, typing, opening of client files etc.)
-Client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-Reporting to Director
Salary: R 10 000.00 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on experience)
