We are looking for a Curbside Appeal Specialist to assure continuous improvements to the communities’ curb appeal. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Pay is $20-$22/hr. Once hired on by the client, they offer 100% paid insurance, lots of perks, such as food and gifts, and even paid trips!
Curbside Appeal Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain curb appeal in communities, including entrances, signage, home sites, & commons
• Identify and follow up with homes out of compliance
• Conduct final inspections on rental homes
• Check market information to ensure competitive rates
• Create and deliver infraction notices to residents
• Assist with ground duties for Spring/Fall cleanup & snow removal
• Minor maintenance duties as needed
Curbside Appeal Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
• Possess valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have organizational skills
• Needs to be assertive
• Problem-solver
• Possess own basic hand tools
