Advantage Personnel is looking for an Office Manager for an established and well-respected company with an excellent reputation that you can be proud to represent. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. The pay is $20-$23/hr DOE.
Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls
• Handle walk-in customers
• Provide quotes to potential customers
• Order parts for upcoming projects
• Schedule appointments for technicians
• Process payroll
• Handle A/R & A/P duties
• Create invoices
