Cape Town City Centre: RAF LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent RAF Litigation experience at a law firm a must (Non negotiable key requirement)
-Good administration skills
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Valid driver’s license a must
-Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year employment at firm
-Currently residing in Cape Town (within daily commuting distance)
-Non smoker
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of Road Accident Fund Litigation documents, notices and pleadings
-General administration duties (reception, filing, faxing, data capturing, typing, opening of client files, correspondence with clients in Afrikaans and English etc.)
-Travelling to Courts / Clients / Hospitals etc. when required
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant RAF experience
