Randburg, Johannesburg: JUNIOR COMMERCIAL ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional
-Excellent business English proficiency
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
-2 to 3 years post admission experience a must
-Post admission experience in Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation a must
-Good grasp of commercial transactions
-Strong contract drafting skills essential (Will be tested during interview stages)
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Residing with daily commuting distance from Randburg
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Handling mainly Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation matters
-Drafting legal contracts and documents
-General attorney duties
Salary: R 20 000.00 gross starting salary (Slightly negotiable depending on relevant experience) (Salary to be renegotiated after 6 months, depending on performance)
