Nair Systems is currently looking for Scrum Master for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Skills
• Knowledge of Scrum rules and use Agile Technical Practices
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of projects/releases in banking environment
• Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule
• Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action
• Has effective communication skills and able to explain technical issues 4
• Software/Product release management experience
• Knowledge/Experience of working in banking environment
Experience required (if any)
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master/Project lead working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.
• 2+ years of working as a project lead/project manager.
• Strong understanding and experience with software and product development.
• Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies
• Experienced and have practiced Scrum Master Methodologies and project management in Banking
Education Required
• High School Diploma Degree
• Master Professional Certification:
Experience Required
Minimum 4 5 year
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
