Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and promptly address their issues.
Develop relationships with key client personnel.
Create tailored plans to meet client’s business requirements.
Act as a liaison for client concerns resolution and escalate issues as needed.
Support the sales team in promoting additional services or products to clients.
Ensure compliance with contract terms by both the company and clients.
Collaborate with different teams to meet client needs effectively.
