We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to support our sales team in achieving revenue goals and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert potential clients into customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and fulfillment.
Training & Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
