Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Salary: 53,000/max month

Role Overview:

Responsible for generating sales activities for the company. Develop and executes the approved sales plan in order to attain the overall objective of the department. Able to effectively handle assigned accounts by establishing a professional relationship with clients and key personnel that would lead to sales growth, customer satisfaction and other sales opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES:

PROCESSES:

Identify and generate new leads- TM should be able to identify leads according to its possibilities,
opportunity and profitability of converting it into an account . They must have a knack of finding ways or
means in seeking out sources that can help them generate a lead.
Negotiation - TM is responsible for all sales negotiation in behalf of the company, They must be able to balance the need of a client between the interest of the company while finding a way to convince and satisfy a customer. This means a TM must also negotiate with their managers for price approval and with other departments on any arrangement with clients.
Sales Coordination- TM must constantly communicate between customers and other department personnel to ensure that all orders and deliveries are effectively carried out.
After Sales support- All TM is responsible for handling and addressing customer complaints and providing the necessary support to their clients. This requires them to answer and reply to all calls and SMS sometimes beyond office work or time.
Generate new accounts - TM must be able to consistently generate a certain number of new accounts every month base on the agreed sales plan.
Increase Sales Volume- TM is responsible for increasing their sales volume based on the agreed target. They need to identify all possible source of growth and work on the agreed sales plan in order to achieve it.
Reporting and feedback- TM must be able to provide a weekly and monthly sales report to their respective heads. They must provide feedback regarding price, market, competitors or client activities. This requires TM to closely monitor their accounts.
Field works and Training- TM is required to conduct field works such as client visit, site inspection, attend customer events, customer assistance, monitoring market activity and conducting customer orientation, seminar or training.
Office works- TM is required to accomplish activity reports such a salesforce updating, TES filing and other related documentation as required by management.

Qualifications:

-Knows basic Business Math
-Proficient in using spreadsheet
-Knows how to prepare a sales proposal
-Understand the fundamentals of customer service.
-Has a valid drivers license and can drive long distance
-Has 3 years driving experience and has own car
-Can negotiate with different types of people
-Able to identify potential leads and customers
