Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to develop high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, and fostering relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that products are properly displayed in sufficient quantities in GT outlets.
Ensure that every Open Market outlet are sufficiently stocked and request a Purchase Order if the stock is close to the adequacy limit.
Achieve set sales targets, inclusive of Distribution, Availability and Visibility of Company’s Products.
Provide efficient and prompt service to customers, to provide a good corporate image to customers.
Build a good relationship with the purchasing department of Open Market outlets.
Conduct wet sampling activations in General Trade outlets, which includes outlets approvals, coordination etc.
Ensure Sales management and control, in line with Company’s standard policy and procedures.
Ensure that customer orders are delivered according to the schedule and quantity ordered.
To ensure that Accounts Receivables are promptly followed through and collected as and when due
Making accurate and timely reports, according to the established Reporting System.
Document every customer complaint and escalate promptly, to find a solution quickly.
Implement customer demand fulfilment activities in a timely manner and achieving customer satisfaction.
Achieve Customer Satisfaction and Customer Delight.
Carry out other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. Make visits to customers according to a predetermined route plan
Monitor the adequacy of stock at each outlet (e.g., What is the minimum stock levels per GT Outlet per salesman)
Ensuring products are displayed properly.
Doing sales reporting every day (Picture Stories, Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Must have experience with handling General trade/Special Outlet
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
