Industry: Paint, Coating, and Adhesive Manufacturing
Conduct face-to-face meetings/discussion with Interior Designers for recruitment into company ID CRM program, based on existing leads/database.
Follow-up on leads from customer care team, project specification team, retail sales team and painter team.
Identify new leads (IDs) thru’ ID associations, and relevant business network sessions /events.
Facilitating support required for IDs through colour preview service, colour collaterals, sample colour panels, product and painter recommendation.
Solicit feedback and insights from customer (IDs) and latest industry’s trend/practice.
Report on competitors’ intelligence
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma required, Marketing/Design related graduation will be added advantage
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Marketing / Sales.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage.
Passionate in the areas of design, colours and architecture.
Fluent in both verbal and written English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
Good communication skills especially in customer facing.
