If you answered yes, we have the job for you! Advantage Personnel is in need of Powder Coaters. Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am-3 pm. Pay is $15-$17/hr DOE.

Powder Coater Duties and Responsibilities
• Lifting and hanging parts in a timely manner
• Inspecting parts for flaws
• Sanding and blasting parts
• Packaging parts

Powder Coater Requirements and Qualifications
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to chest/shoulder level
• Minimum 6 month of manufacturing experience
• Physically able to work in extreme heat
• Possess own vehicle and driver’s license
• Nicotine-free lifestyle
• Ability to show up to work on time everyday
