Hermanstad, Pretoria West: DISTRIBUTION CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum Requirements (NOT NEGOTIABLE):
-Reliable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent administration experience in a warehouse or distribution centre A MUST (Key requirement)
-Good management- and customer services skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
-Positive attitude and team player
-Computer literate in MS Office (Pastel preferred)
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Administration duties for Retail Distribution Centre (Warehouse environment)
-Plan and manage incoming and outgoing shipments
-Receiving of incoming stock and shipments
-Distribution of stock-inter company’s branches
-Perform stock management operations in line with stock inventory control
-Stock take / Inventory Control
-Manage performance and activities of Distribution Centre staff
-Stock take and inventory control
-Distribution Centre staff management
-Motivate team members and set objectives
Salary: R 15 000.00 R 18 000.00 gross
