Role and Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database to promote and explain the services offered.
* Prepare detailed reports summarizing telecalling activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
* Attend to walk-in customers, providing them with thorough information about services to facilitate enrollment.
* Create, manage, and post engaging content across social media platforms and other portals to enhance visibility.
* Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall presence on social media platforms
