Nair Systems is currently looking for Power BI Dashboard Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Summary
We’re looking for a Power BI Developer (3 5 years of experience) with a knack for designing visually compelling dashboards, customizing JSON-based themes, and applying standards like IBCS. The ideal candidate can quickly iterate on new concepts, monitor dashboards for performance, and document best practices for seamless user adoption.
Qualifications
• 3 5 years of hands-on Power BI experience with a strong focus on visual design
• Proficiency in JSON-based theme customization
• Solid grounding in color theory, layout principles, and IBCS guidelines
• Strong grasp of Power BI features (DAX, data connections, Power Query, performance optimization)
• Familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, GIMP, Inkscape, Adobe)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presenting insights
• Demonstrated ability to transform conceptual requirements into functional dashboards
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic reading and understanding of Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop visually striking and intuitive dashboards using Power BI, from concept to deployment
• Customize JSON-based themes for consistent branding
• Apply best practices in dashboard design (e.g., IBCS, etc.) for clarity and impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine designs, and iterate quickly
• Monitor performance, usage, and functionality of existing dashboards; implement optimizations as needed
• Document technical workflows, design standards, usage guides, and best practices
• Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and intricacies to fully leverage the platform
• Provide demos or training sessions to ensure effective dashboard utilization
