Admin Assistant requires:
• MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access,
• NetMeeting and Outlook
• HR
Admin Assistant duties:
• Greet visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling the plants mail.
• Order, organize, and monitor office and breakroom supplies
• Coordinate catering, venue, and support staffing requirements for internal events or lunches
• Support new hire orientations when needed
• Assist with record keeping
