Job Description
Evaluate business and economic conditions to optimize the growth of the lifecycle journey for various end users and to formulate, test and execute digital marketing strategies to drive asset growth and retention to increase overall investor engagement. Develop and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, including campaigns, automated journeys, and transactional communications utilizing Braze Journey Builder, HTML, and other digital lifecycle marketing tools. Lead the ideation and building of various customer segments and investor personas based upon user attributes and user action datapoints to craft reusable and custom segments for marketing purposes, utilizing software such as Segment, Looker, and Snowflake. Conduct research on customer options and marketing strategies to develop actionable recommendations to increase visibility across target markets. Leverage multivariate testing methodologies to quickly identify, test, and optimize potential marketing strategies and initiatives across various channels. Perform data reporting to assess the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
The experience and education requirements are:
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Market Research Analyst, Market Data Analyst or related position. Must possess experience with digital lifecycle marketing for a customer product with a FinTech aspect. Must also possess experience with building campaigns in HTML and must have knowledge of marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, and customer relationship management systems, including Looker and Snowflake.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or closely related field
