Somerset West, Western Cape: TRUST ADMINISTRATOR / LEGAL SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both Afr & Eng client base)
-Recent experience in trust administration / estates administration, or strong legal secretarial experience at a law firm a must
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Excellent communication- and client relations skills very important
-Must be able to perform under pressure
-Strong administration skills important
-Able to use own initiative and work independently
-Own reliable vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Trust administration duties
-Personal Assistant duties to Trust Advisor
-Client liaison and telephonic attendances
-Travel and attend to Master’s Offices
-Drafting and typing of legal documentation
-Drafting and typing of minutes, drafting of beneficial ownership registrations, resolutions etc.
-General secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: R 18 000.00 gross (slightly negotiable depending on relevant experience)
