Villieria, Pretoria Moot: CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional individual (male preferred)
-Strong English proficiency a must (Afrikaans proficiency highly preferred)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed a must
-Driver’s license and own vehicle advantageous
-Must be willing and comfortable to attend to Magistrate’s Court appearances
-Must be willing and comfortable to travel to Pretoria CBD when required
-Must be willing to commit to a 2 year legal articles contract
-Currently residing in/near Pretoria Moot area (within a 20km radius)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-General legal articles duties for small law firm specializing in General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law
-Filing of documents at Courts etc.
-Compiling of legal documents
-Liaison with clients
-Magistrate’s Court appearances
Salary: R 8 000.00 gross
