View Emirates Sports Club LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager/Event Manager to oversee water and land-based inflatable activations at Al Mughira Beach Bay, Abu Dhabi. You will manage daily operations, marketing, and events to drive guest participation and ensure safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage smooth event operations for both water and land inflatables.
• Coordinate with team, vendors, and guests.
• Ensure safety and high standards of customer service.
• Follow SOPs, policies, and health guidelines.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Report to the Director regularly on performance.

Qualifications:
• Experience in event management, operations, or leisure/entertainment.
• Leadership skills and experience with diverse teams.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Ability to manage fast-paced environments and both water and land events.
Salary: AED 12,000 depends during interview
