Using inspire global solutions job portal is just like using a general search engine such as Google. You can quickly search from our job portal homepage as follows:

In the first box, type a description of the kind of job you are looking for - such as a job title or keyword

In the second box, type the city, the state where you want to find a job.

Click on search button or press Enter on your keyboard.

You can also find the job by using browse job option in the top of the page. You will find all the jobs posted in our job portal

Our mission of helping people get jobs includes working proactively to help keep predatory content out of search results and providing tools to help job seekers protect their personal information and financial well-being.

Our goal is to maintain the highest level of security and privacy of our users and not show preference for any job or role while keeping portal accessible to all.

The following tips are designed to help job seekers recognize and avoid fraudulent tactics.

Find company email addresses. Larger, more established companies usually have email addresses with top level domains that match their websites. Generally, communications from such large established companies do not come from publicly available addresses like yahoo or Gmail. If you are contacted by someone with a generic address, ask if they are able to conduct communications via a company domain email address. If they can’t or won’t, proceed with caution.

Watch closely for email addresses with misspelled or “spoofed” company names. These are often similar to, but not exactly matching the actual company name. Examples of suspicious addresses include “Info@company.net” instead of “Info@company.com,” and misspelled company names like “Info@companie.com” or “Info@compaany.com.”

Match the job offer to your application. Avoid bait-and-switch scams by confirming that employers that respond to your applications are offering the job for which you applied.

Be cautious when pursuing positions with salaries, perks and flexibility that seem too good to be true. Ask questions to confirm that the position is salaried (not commission only) and that there is a physical base of operations when a “work from home” opportunity is advertised.

Insist on an in-person or video interview. Be wary of job offers that come with little or no interview process. Scammers often avoid face-to-face interviews by relying on chat services, such as Google Hangouts, while offering “work from home” positions.

Always report suspicious communications to our job portal. If you are contacted by someone you suspect of fraudulent intentions or suspicious business practices, please contact us immediately.

Never agree to perform any financial transaction on behalf of a potential employer. This includes, but is not limited to, accepting or making wire transfers or cashing checks sent to you in order to make purchases on someone’s behalf.

Never agree to a job that involves opening multiple accounts and/or posting ads on inspire global solutions or on other sites.  While there are certain roles where this activity may be accepted, such as recruiting or staffing services, exercise caution if asked upfront to open accounts for an employer you have not met. These are likely scammers and you could become involved in activities that may put you in financial and legal jeopardy.

Never accept money upfront for work you have not performed. This is a tactic commonly used in financial scams and can put you at considerable legal risk.

How to Identify Scam Job Titles

Inspire global solutions prides itself on being a simple and accessible platform for both employers and job seekers.

Typically, scammers use our platform with the goal of obtaining personal or financial information or money from job seekers.

We advise that all job seekers exercise caution in their job search as usual and do their own research about the roles and companies they’re applying to before sharing any information.

If you do encounter a job posting that looks suspicious or receive suspicious messages from an employer, immediately report this by using the report job option in all job posted page.

Reporting a job

The Report Job feature provides job seekers a way to directly report jobs that may violate in all job posted pages. This feature is specifically designed for reporting jobs that may be fraudulent, spam, fake, or inaccurate.

How to Report a Job

Search for and navigate to the job that you would like to report.

Open the job description of the job you would like to report.

And you will find right side of the job post report job option and select the “Report job” button and fill out the “Report this job” form.

If your report is reviewed and the job is found to be in violation of our jop portal guidelines, the job post may be removed or edited. Please note that reporting a job does not guarantee we will take action. However, these reports are extremely valuable in our efforts to remove spam, fraud, and low-quality postings and make our portal for a safer place for our job seekers.

How does portal rank search results?

Organic listings are ranked solely by relevance or date, according to our proprietary algorithm. These are the latest jobs related to your search query, and will naturally fall back in search results over time as new roles are added.

Sponsored Jobs have prime positioning in search results and are the most effective way to reach the largest number of qualified candidates. Sponsored Jobs are only visible to candidates who enter search terms that are related to the job title, description, location and other information within the job.
